 Naveen, your hair has grown a lot, aren't you gonna cut it, said his mom, rekha

No, mom. I decided to grow it long, said naveen 

How long? Asked his mom with a doubt 

Naveen doesn't what to say. 

May be as long as yours, said naveen 

Rekha was surprised. Her hair is till her hips and her son wants to grow his hair till hips as well. 

Don't you want me to grow my hair? Asked naveen 

He was hoping his mom wouldn't allow and he will have an excuse and might convince Anjali 

No, I am happy. You have decided to grow it long. I will help you to take care of your long hair, said his mom 

He was disappointed with his mom's response. Now there is no one stopping his hair from growing long, even in the college he was allowed to keep his hair as long as possible. 

By the end of his first year, his hair has grown longer. 

Now sometimes, he wear his hair in a ponytail and sometimes he let's it free. 

As usual he went to Anjali's house. As entered. 

Naveen, your mom told me, you wanted grow your hair as long as hers, asked kavya, Anjali's mom 

Naveen just gave a smile. 

Good decision. Not all boys think like you, said kavya 

As entered Anjali's room. 

Hi, vani, said Anjali 

He said hi as well. 

Today, I will teach you, how to apply make up, said Anjali 

This make up lessons continued for a month. 

One day, it was raining, naveen just entered the college, he was suddenly he was slipped and spoiled his uniform. He slowly got up and was passing by the principals office. 

Principal came out and asked naveen, what has happened to his uniform. Naveen explained everything. Principal was little angry. Today is the day, the owner of this college would come for an inspection. And yesterday they announced to all the class about it and all students should be present . 

   When the principal was panicking, few lady teaches joined him. He explained the problem. It would be too late if he goes home and comes back again with good clothes.

  Just then a teacher has an idea. 

Sir, we have an extra uniform with us, said a teacher 

They quickly took to a bathroom, he went side and removed all of his clothes and cleaned his body. 

When naveen asked for the new clothes. He was handed a chudidar. He don't want to wear them. 

Naveen, we throw your clothes outside and it's the only choice you have. Either wear the clothes we gave or stay here naked, said a teacher.  

Naveen wanted to cry. Why these things are happening to him. At Anjali, but it was only in her room. Now he has to face many girls, dressed like them. 

He wore the chudi and came out the room. The teacher folded the dupatta and pinned on his shoulder. Tears almost came out of his eyes. His was done in a ponytail and a bindi finished his looks. 

Then he slowly walked to his class. When the class girls saw him, they were surprised. The teacher explained, what has happened. 

He walked to his bench and sat there. Anjali got up and sat beside naveen. Soon all girls followed Anjali and sat near him. 

At the time of the inspection, the owner entered the class along with the principal. 

You said, all student are present, asked the owner 

Yes ma'am, all students are present, said the principal 

Then where is the only boy in our college? Asked the owner 

When the principal asked naveen to stand up. The owner was surprised. Naveen was actually looking like a girl 

Why is he dressed as girl? Asked the owner 

The principal doesn't want to tell the truth. 

What I heard is, he is friends with all the girls in the class, and they suggested him to came to college just like them, so they used feel comfortable around the only boy in our college, said the principal

Naveen was stunned by the principals answer. 

We need more matured boys like him. I don't want anyone troubling him. He should be treated like any other girl in the college. I will visit this college frequently, said the owner 

Everyone shocked by the owner 

After the owner left. Anjali was smiling. She doesn't know what's gonna happen but it's gonna be interesting. 

In the evening principal called his mom. She was angry on the principal for the way, they treated her son. Principal apologised to rekha 

After has calmed down. 

Ma'am, I need to ask you a favour? Said the principal 

What is it? Asked rekha 

I have explained everything and the owner is expecting naveen to attend the college as a girl, said the principal 

Naveen got really angry. Here he is standing next to his mom in a chudi and the principal wants him to wear it everyday. 

It's not possible sir, said his mom 

Ma'am, if you agree. You don't have to pay any fees for all the years, said the principal 

Rekha started to think. She was paying around 1 lakh every year. Naveen was scared. 

I agree, but naveen should face any trouble, said his mom 

Principal smiled and agreed. Naveen was stunned. 

As they were walked out of the college. Naveen we begging his mom to change her decision. Rekha didn't respond. 

In no time, they were standing in shop and rekha was buying the uniform materials and on the way gave it to a tailor for stitching. 

Naveen was kept on request his mom. 

As they entered the home. 

Just shut up naveen, do you know, I have borrowed money from my friend to pay your college fee. Now we can save 3 lakhs. I don't earn much, this will help us. Anyway everyone saw you in the chudi and you will attend college in chudi, it final, said his mom 

Within few days, he got his uniforms. 

He wore his new uniform sadly and was waiting for his mom to pin the dupatta. 

Then she did his hair and took a pair of earrings. He immediately said no but his km didn't listen. She placed a bindi and finished his look. 

White having breakfast Anjali came to his house. 

Aunty, is VANI ready? Asked Anjali 

Van?  Asked rekha 

I didn't tell you. We can't call him naveen in the public, so our class girls decided to call him vani, said Anjali 

Naveen looked helpless. After the breakfast 

When anjali and naveen are about to leave. 

Anjali, take care of VANI, said rekha 

Which embarrassed naveen and brought a smile on Anjali's face.
